It consist of pre-treatment mixing tanks, a vacuum emulsifying mixer tank, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic system, a control system and a working platform. It is capable of processing up to 2000 L of cream.
1. Features
Tank operates through a hydraulic system.
All parts in contact with the material is made of 316L stainless steel which meet cGMP standard.
Emulsifying mixer´s capacity ranges between 0 to 3500 r/min with frequency control.
The scraper sticks to the surface of the tank and has a capacity between 10 and 50 r/min with frequency control.
Adopted a vacuum drawing material design to be used especially with the powder material in order to avoid floating matter.
The homogenizer processing is done under vacuum conditions to avoid bubble formation.
The machine is equipped with CIP cleaning fitting, and is easy to operate and maintain.
